Cancellation Policy for Events: 

• We only provide refunds when cancellation is requested 48 hours before the start of the event, via email to play@shoregamers.com.
• Refunds are NOT issued for no-shows. If you do not show up, your seat and product will be allocated to the next player.
• Product and promos are not issued to players who do not participate in the event. By registering for an event, you are signing up to play.
