Cancellation Policy: 

• We only provide refunds when cancellation is requested 48 hours before the start of the event, via email to play@shoregamers.com. Refunds are NOT issued for no-shows. 
• Products and promos are not issued to players who do not participate in the event. By registering for an event, you are signing up to play.
• Within 48 hours of a one-shot, please email us at play@shoregamers.com to discuss options. This does not apply to TCG events. 

In the event that Shore Gamers has to cancel or move an event (due to DM illness, for example), players will be issued store credit or moved to another date as requested.
